MiddleMan support

For account, Shopify installation, attribution, or conversion-reporting support, email partners@middleman-platform.com.

Include with your request

• Your MiddleMan account email.
• Your Shopify store domain.
• The approximate time of the click or test order.
• The order reference, without customer payment or identity details.

Shopify connection

In the seller dashboard, select Shopify and choose Connect Shopify. Sign in to Shopify, select the store, approve the requested permissions, and return to MiddleMan. The Web Pixel is configured automatically.

Privacy requests

Use the same email address for access, correction, deletion, or other privacy-related requests.
