Service

MiddleMan provides software for arranging affiliate relationships, recording referral activity, and calculating commissions. MiddleMan is not a party to the commercial agreement between a seller and an affiliate.

User responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials, comply with applicable advertising and privacy laws, and honor partnership terms they accept through the platform.

Tracking and consent

Sellers are responsible for configuring appropriate privacy notices and consent controls for their storefront. Attribution can be unavailable when a visitor declines tracking, clears site data, changes browser or device, or when the agreed attribution window expires.

Availability and records

We work to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Users should review conversion and commission records and promptly report suspected errors.
